Digital Product Policy

At Haus of Prints, we offer high-quality digital wall art for instant download. Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once the digital files have been downloaded.
  • We cannot accept returns of digital products as they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.


Refund Eligibility

However, we may consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:

  1. File Access Issues: If you're unable to download your files despite multiple attempts and our technical support.
  2. Corrupted Files: If the files you received are corrupted or otherwise technically defective.
  3. Misrepresentation: If the product significantly differs from its description on our website.


Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above:

  1. Contact us at hausofprints@protonmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.


No Refunds For

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind or if you no longer need the digital files
  • Dissatisfaction with the design (all products have clear preview images)
  • Issues with third-party printing services
  • User errors during the downloading or printing process
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
