Introduction

Welcome to Haus of Prints. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hausofprints.co and all digital products purchased from our store. By accessing our site or buying our products, you agree to these Terms.

Product Description & Access

  • We sell digital wall art files (JPG, PDF, or similar formats) for instant download.
  • After purchase, you’ll receive a secure download link via email. Download links are active for 30 days.
  • If you need a new link after expiration, contact us.

Licensing & Usage Rights

  • All designs are the intellectual property of Haus of Prints or our licensors.
  • Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
  • You may print files for your own home, office, or as a personal gift (not for resale).
  • Commercial use, redistribution, resale, or modification of files is strictly prohibited.

Payments & Refunds

  • All prices are in CAD and subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment is required at checkout. Digital products are delivered after payment confirmation.
  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. For file issues, contact us within 7 days.

User Accounts

  • You may create an account for easier order management.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of Liability

  • All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for printing issues or damages arising from use of our site or products.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haus of Prints from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our site or products, or violation of these Terms.

Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
